MEMO: Punching In                                                                                  9-23-21
All employees must punch in and out whenever they leave the building for personal reasons.
All employees also must punch in and out for lunch every day (lunch break time- vary per position)
An employee who is needed during their lunch break must let a Manager know so that their Manager can cover for them . The employee must then take their required LUNCH BREAK. Any questions or concerns please contact our HR department.


NO one may punch anyone else in or out of the system, this is grounds for termination.
Any employee that does not follow the above policies will be disciplined accordingly up to and including termination .

Parking is available to the right side of the building as well as the north side of Merrick road (truck lot) 344 Merrick Road ( next to “the One”).Please don’t park on front line any other spot that is available is acceptable. If you leave the building to move your vehicle, please make sure you punch out before leaving the building.
If you need a ride to your vehicle please see a Manager and they will provide you transport.

are prohibited in New York.
THIS MEANS THAT YOU HAVE TO OBSERVE THE SAME LAWS WITH SMOKING TOBACCO
THAT YOU DO WITH VAPING PRODUCTS.​​

10-5-17 - Requests for Vacation time and time off must be signed by your immediate manager and be signed by an owner.            For Sales / BDC / Office, Gabe must sign off on it.

                                               For Serice / Parts / Warehouse, JJ must sign off on it.


If in an emergency situation you need to take a day off and are requesting to make up those hours, you must write on the request exactly what days you are working and what days you are taking off and the Managers / Owners must sign it.  If it is not signed by an owner, the request will be denied.  If a Manager is out sick, the Manager should speak to another Manager to cover his/her shift.
